Social Service Providers Te Pai Ora o Aotearoa has over 250 members – our members are community-based social service organisations throughout Aotearoa New Zealand, and people working alongside social services. We strengthen the social sector through advocacy and engagement, learning and development, relationships and sector leadership. Our mahi contributes to ensuring children, rangatahi and whānau can thrive now and intergenerationally.

Te Pai Ora SSPA has told the People's Select Committee that Aotearoa needs to build a pay equity system that is fair, robust and workable. Te Pai Ora SSPA Pay Equity Co-ordinator Brenda Pilott said: "We’re not asking to go back. We’re asking to go forward — with a reset that’s principled, practical, and informed by lived experience.”
