Annual General Meeting 2025
Te Pai Ora SSPA's annual general meeting will be held via Zoom on Thursday 13 November 2025, at 2pm. All Te Pai Ora SSPA members are warmly welcome to attend - nau mai, haere mai ki tēnei hui. A quorum of 12 full members is required.
The AGM will run for up to an hour. This is a valuable opportunity for us to hear from you and to update you on what has been achieved in the past year.
The format of the formal AGM will be as follows:
- Welcome from Co-chairs
- Apologies
- Approval of the Minutes of the 2024 AGM and any matters arising
- Annual Report and reflections from the past year
- Acceptance of the 2024-2025 Performance Report, including the financial reports
- Appointment of Auditor
- Voting on the vacancies on the National Executive if required (or confirmation of the
nominations) - Amendments to the Te Pai Ora SSPA Rules
- Any other Resolutions or Notices of motion received by the due date (30 October 2025)
There will not be any items of general business from the floor. If members wish to raise specific issues they can do so via a notice of motion, prior to the AGM. You can read more about how to do this in the Notice of AGM below.
The agenda and papers will be made available on our website and sent out to members by Thursday 6 November 2025.
At this AGM, the current term of one tangata whenua member of the National Executive will conclude. Consequently, we are calling for nominations for this position. The member who is completing his term is Tuhi Leef (current Treasurer). Tuhi is eligible for re-election and has indicated that he intends to stand again. The position is open to anyone eligible to be nominated. You can read more in the Notice of AGM below.
