Session 4: Values based leadership
Session 4 of the Enhancing Leadership series will be led by Tracey Bridges where you’ll consider what values based leadership is: when have you seen it in action? How does it feel when you lead with your values? When are times when you or others have not led with values?
You’ll talk about the importance of conscious values – knowing what’s most important to you, what motivations, aspirations and fears drive you, and ways to be intentional about your own leadership values. You’ll discuss the difference between our mission and our values, and how to be mindful of our “shadow” values.
And you will talk about leadership in times of stress or conflict: what makes it difficult to lead with values in these times, and how to bring your values to the fore.
