Kai & Kōrero: Learning over lunch

To mark International Women’s Day, we have invited Jo Cribb, one of the driving forces behind the STILL Minding the Gap movement to share her mahi to reduce gender and ethnic pay gaps in Aotearoa New Zealand. Currently, the gender pay gap for all women in Aotearoa New Zealand is around five percent. For wāhine Māori it’s 12 percent, for Pacific women almost 16 percent, and Asian women about 10 percent.

During this session, Jo will discuss practical solutions and actions to address these gaps with a focus on the social service sector. She will also answer your questions on this work.
