ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

What is your organisation's purpose? Is your organisation making the difference you want to see for your clients? How do you know? What could you do differently to help them achieve the best possible outcomes?

This free, 3-hour introductory workshop has a focus on working for outcomes and using Results Based Accountability™ (RBA) as a tool to help you achieve this.

Results Based Accountability™ (RBA) is a framework for improving the outcomes of your work for you, your clients, your programme and your organisation.
The NZ Government has endorsed RBA as a way of working and more and more agencies, ministries and departments are building it into their contracts and reporting structures.

This workshop is open to all MSD-funded providers and is suitable for all staff, managers and board members.
